About Me:
I have extensive experience treating acute and chronic pain, allergies, migraines, insomnia, and women’s health issues. Supporting mental health, I can alleviate symptoms associated with anxiety, depression, addiction and excessive stress. My clients have experienced firsthand the benefits of acupuncture and other holistic practices. Together, we can reduce your pain and improve your quality of life.
I use an individualized approach with each patient and take time to understand the nature of your ailment. I value the choices you make in your daily life and believe in the connection between healthy eating, exercise, and emotional well-being. I believe that your current health is determined by your past and current lifestyle, as well as constitution. By combining Eastern and Western Medicine together, you can achieve optimal health.
My training is in Traditional Chinese Medicine and my treatment options include acupuncture, acupressure, gua-sha and cupping. These methods are known to decrease inflammation and increase circulation and range of motion.
I am Licensed by the Virginia Board of Medicine and certified by the National Certification Commission for Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine in acupuncture and Chinese herbology. With over 3,000 hours of clinical training and patient care experience, I believe in the strong mind-body connection and have helped many patients through their journey towards healing. Let’s work together to get you feeling better! I look forward to meeting you!
