About Me:
I specialize in working with children, teens, and their families. I also enjoy working with adults and have experience treating anxiety, depression, academic/school issues, behavioral issues, life transitions, and stress management. I empower my clients to shine light on their strengths and capabilities and enjoy helping them find their purpose, heal, and thrive!
In my previous work as a school counselor, I helped students and families navigate IEPs, 504s, and other school-related issues. I offer a blend of traditional and non-traditional therapy services and generally operate from a person-centered approach. Every client is unique and different, so it is important for me to build a strong rapport and tailor treatment to individual needs and preferences.
I truly love what I do and pride myself on building a warm, safe, strong therapeutic alliance with my clients. I'm focused on co-creating a space that fits your unique and personalized therapeutic needs. I look forward to working together!
