I specialize in ages 16 to 35 and am familiar and open to the unique challenges and high anxiety these life phases can bring. From major life transitions like your personal identity to starting college or new careers to new relationships and marriages, I have the experience to sit with you through your worries and fears and teach you techniques that you can take with you through life. This life phase can also present scary addictions from video games to substance or alcohol use and beyond. I have extensive training in helping navigate what addiction and recovery might look like, in a safe and accepting atmosphere.
Using evidence-based techniques, I can accommodate both common and unique issues that you may be experiencing. Progress is my goal, while always observing my client's valued time and money. My training in EMDR has helped many clients successfully process and heal from trauma.
I would love to hear your story and start the journey toward healing with you. You deserve nothing less than the best life possible! All treatment provided is confidential. As a Resident in Counseling, I work under the supervision of Casey Sarafinas, LPC.

More About Me:
In my spare time I enjoy working out, biking, and kayaking. I also have two fun kids and we spend our weekends playing sports, exploring, or creating. I was a former Accountant for 10 years followed by being a Realtor until I made my way back to my initial teenage dream of being a therapist.
