About Me:
I am passionate about helping kids heal, thrive, and become the best version of themselves. With an integrative approach, I incorporate different counseling theories and use games, drawing, music, and other creative outlets in session. I have a warm, outgoing personality which makes it easy to create a welcoming environment for your child.
With years of experience providing care for children, I have become well-versed in all ages, stages, and challenges from early childhood through adolescence. If your child is struggling with behavioral issues, emotional regulation, low self-esteem, anxiety, depression, social skills, or adjustment issues, I can help.
Counseling is a journey. Finding the right therapist can be difficult, but is such an important part of the process. I will create a safe space for you and your child to feel heard and understood. Parenting is a difficult task and help is available. If you or your child need support, let's connect! I look forward to our work together.
As a Graduate Counseling Intern, I practice under the direct supervision of Casey Sarafinas, LPC.

More About Me:
Helping and working with others is a passion that is very important to me, in both my professional and personal life.
