About Me:
I am a resident in clinical psychology with over a decade of experience applying a holistic and integrative approach to mental health and wellbeing. I provide psychotherapy to individuals across the lifespan with a special focus on emerging adulthood (ages 14-35). My theoretical basis combines attachment- and acceptance-based therapy, and my interventions are an eclectic mix of emotional, spiritual, and cognitive techniques. As a South Asian-American immigrant woman, I have an affinity for engaging cultural humility and values-oriented principles in my work with individuals of all backgrounds.
Additionally, I conduct psychological assessments for individuals ages 6 and up. These assessments are appropriate for a wide range of referral questions, including ADHD, learning difficulties, autism spectrum disorder (ASD), bipolar disorder, and more. Please contact me to schedule a phone consultation for questions about psychological evaluations!

B.S. in Biology, College of William & Mary, Williamsburg
M.Ed. in Educational Psychology, University of Virginia, Charlottesville
Psy.D. in Clinical & School Psychology, James Madison University, Harrisonburg
More About Me:
I enjoy traveling and bringing back recipes from other cultures to test out in my kitchen! I am also a huge basketball fan, DIY enthusiast, and Bollywood buff 🙂
