About Me:
As a licensed clinician, I treat adolescent and adult clients with anxiety, depression, grief/loss, low self-esteem, mood disorders, family/relationship issues, parenting, difficulties at school/work, and life transitions. I provide an environment that is warm, relaxed, and engaging where clients gain insight and become more self-aware.
Being stuck in problem-saturated stories which are holding you back can be difficult. The intention behind our work together is to develop a relationship of trust and support. Become more calm, confident, self-compassionate and empowered, as we discover your stories. In doing so, you will bring meaning, fulfillment and purpose to your life. I understand that reaching out for help can be intimidating and it takes courage to take this first step towards positive change. I admire you and look forward to joining you in your journey towards a happier, more satisfying life!

More About Me:
I have happily adopted the US as my home. I grew up in the UK and moved to America twenty years ago. I have worked in corporations in the UK and US and now in the public school system. I love to run/walk, depending on the day, with our dog, Ziggy. I also enjoy traveling and practicing yoga. I am an avid theater and film buff, will devour any book, and feel that baking restores my soul.
