About Me:
I specialize in working with teens and young adults who are struggling to establish meaningful relationships, are caught in the grips of low self-esteem, or have difficulties with overall life satisfaction. I enjoy working with individuals, couples, and the LGBTQIA+ community, and have experience treating anxiety, depression, grief/loss, chronic illness, academic/school issues, life transitions, and dating/relationship issues.
Compassionate, warm, and genuine, I create a trusting, non-judgmental environment to foster free exploration of thoughts and emotions. I believe in the connection between strong mental and physical health and greater life satisfaction, well-being, and authentic living. To practice what I preach, I even strive to live a balanced, healthy lifestyle myself!

M.A. in Clinical Mental Health Counseling, Marymount University

More About Me:
I completed my practicum and internship at a substance abuse clinic in Arlington, Virginia, working alongside a team to help empower clients to overcome their addictions, restore balance to their lives, and explore new meaningful ways of living.
Born and raised in Northern Virginia, I am well accustomed to the busy lifestyle of this area. I enjoy spending time with family and friends. During my free time, I love ranked online gaming, working out, music, dancing, and learning new things. When in the mood, I can also be quite the chef!
