I would be honored to walk alongside you through the trials and tribulations that you face as you seek a place of wholeness and wellbeing. Throughout our time together, I look forward to providing a warm, compassionate space to help you develop resilience over your circumstances, strength through adversity, and support to develop your inner resources to find hope and joy so you can achieve your goals and feel fully alive. I have personally learned and believe that while the past shapes us, it does not need to define us as we become present to overcome barriers that hold us back from living the life that awaits us.
I have a heart for supporting adults in their mid-20's and older dealing with anxiety, depression, PTSD and Complex Trauma, life transitions, personal conflict, or a myriad of existential issues that leave us with many fears and unanswered questions. I empower those who need help discovering or re-discovering their self-worth and innate gifts that they have to offer the world. When requested, I am happy to engage a faith-based approach to help you illuminate the bigger picture to overcome obstacles. I have experience as a counselor in the community setting, serving clients with a variety of concerns. Additionally, I have worked in the field of education for almost 20 years as a teacher, school counselor, intervention specialist, and instructional coach, along with numerous leadership roles. Therefore, I hold a special place and unique understanding of the challenges that educators, service-oriented professionals, and caregivers face and I enjoy helping others pour into their own self-care in order to thrive as they serve others.
My approach is person-centered as I value your background and experiences in a safe, non-judgmental, and genuine space. We are not meant to go through life’s difficulties alone and in our toughest moments, we need someone calm, compassionate, trustworthy, and fully present to support us in our greatest time of need. Reach out if I can be that person for you.
