About Me:
I am a clinical psychologist with over a decade of experience in psychotherapy and 30 years of work in the mental health field. I provide psychotherapy and psychological assessments to individuals ages 14 and up and psychological assessments for individuals 12 and up. I am committed to a whole-person, bio-psycho-social and collaborative approach in my work with clients. I have focused training and experience in anxiety and mood disorders, trauma work, thought disorders and severe mental illness as well as psychological assessment.
I have been a certified yoga instructor since 2013, and am currently completing my International Association of Yoga Therapy (IAYT) certification in order to effectively incorporate a broader array of mind-body focused skills and tools into my practice.

More About Me:
I enjoy traveling and have been living abroad for the past 6 years. A few of my other interests are music (I play the cello), nature, kinesiology, art and reading. I also bring my experience of adaptation as an expat to my work.
