SUBSTANCE ABUSE COACH
I’m a coach who supports individuals in transforming their relationship with alcohol and other substances, without shame, without perfectionism, and without the pressure to follow a single path. My work is grounded in compassion, somatic awareness, and behavioral science. I help clients uncover the deeper reasons behind their patterns, rebuild trust in themselves, and create lives they no longer need to numb or escape from.
This work is personal. I grew up in the shadow of addiction and spent years searching for answers, first through academia, then through coaching. I hold a DPhil from the University of Oxford, where I studied human resilience, systems of change, and the stories we tell ourselves about survival. I’ve since built a company from the ground up, raised funding, worked across global supply chains, and coached hundreds of people - many of them high-performing professionals - through everything from sober curiosity to long-term recovery. I’m certified in trauma-informed coaching, psycho-spiritual integration, and somatic modalities like EFT and breathwork.
Clients come to me when they’re ready to stop white-knuckling and start healing. I don’t label, pathologize, or push. Instead, I listen deeply. I meet people where they are. And together, we rewire habits and build a life you feel in control of. You don’t have to be broken to want change. You just have to be honest and ready. I’ll walk with you from there.
