About Me:

I enjoy working with clients from all walks of life including preschool-aged children, adults, families, and individuals from the LGBTQIA+ community. I specialize in treating childhood/family of origin trauma, cultural barriers, identity issues, stress management, anxiety, depression, emotional dysregulation, grief & loss, life transitions, and relationship/family issues. I empower clients to improve their self-esteem and confidence through a mind-body perspective, finding self-compassion, and setting healthy boundaries. We work together, gently and intentionally, to spot patterns and experiences that have created barriers from being able to live a more meaningful life.

In addition to individuals and families, I also enjoy helping couples to strengthen emotional security, communication, express needs, repair emotional distance, and learn better ways to resolve conflict together. I create a safe space for you and your loved one to develop better ways to relate with yourself and with those around you. Having experienced therapy myself, I understand the courage and strength it takes to show up, share our hopes and fears, and do the hard work.

Having a safe, collaborative, and empathic space, you will no longer have to navigate the challenges of life alone.

I practice under the supervision of Casey Sarafinas, LPC.

More About Me:

My previous work experience has been in private practice setting and other outpatient mental health services. I had the privilege of counseling adolescents and adults in a substance abuse outpatient setting. While located in Massachusetts for several years, I enjoyed working in an intensive in-home therapeutic setting with preschool children and their families. In my free time, I enjoy almost-all-things outdoors including camping, hiking, backpacking, and even tried dogsledding once! I love using creative outlets for relaxation and self-expression through painting, gaming, and watching animated movies.
