Heidi brings a thoughtful and well-rounded perspective to her counseling work, integrating rich life experience with developing clinical expertise. After dedicating over 20 years to raising her two sons, she is currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling.

Her background in leadership and mentorship informs her collaborative and goal-oriented style. Heidi works closely with clients to foster insight, build confidence, and strengthen resilience. She is particularly passionate about supporting individuals through life transitions and helping them identify practical, achievable steps toward meaningful growth and change.
