About Me:
An experienced licensed clinician, I enjoy working with children, teens, and adults. Focusing on an integrative and holistic approach, I strive to help individuals and families through challenging phases of life to create positive change. My areas of clinical focus include anxiety, depression, grief and loss, emotional and physical abuse, chronic pain, stress management, conflict resolution, school-related difficulties, and general phase of life issues.
Through a personal experience with an autoimmune disease, I have learned the importance of looking at the whole self to reach long-term well-being. My goal is to make the counseling environment safe and supportive and to provide my clients with the necessary tools to make better life choices and achieve their desired potential.

More About Me:
Prior to joining the Wellness Connection, I provided individual and family therapy in a variety of settings, including outpatient mental health, child welfare, and most recently working with families raising children with intellectual disabilities. I was born and raised in Northern Virginia so this truly is home for me. I love taking nature walks, spending time with her husband and two kids, traveling, and living a healthy lifestyle.
