About Me:

With a broad understanding of mental health issues, I believe in the importance of providing compassionate care. I enjoy working with clients of all ages and am dedicated to creating a safe and supportive environment for you to share, explore, heal, and grow. With my additional training as a Certified Holistic Health Counselor, I believe in the mind-body connection and the importance of taking a comprehensive approach to address your overall well-being. My areas of expertise include anxiety and depression, adjustment issues, Lyme disease, and the role of nutrition in mental health. Using evidence-based therapy techniques, I work collaboratively with my clients to help them identify goals and develop an effective treatment plan. I am trained in conducting assessments and providing evaluation services to all populations. I am committed to adhering to ethical guidelines and maintaining the highest standards of professionalism, honor, integrity and excellence.

As a Graduate Counseling Intern, I practice under the supervision of Casey Sarafinas, LPC.

More About Me:

I have been a cycle instructor since 2007, and enjoy both the music and teaching group exercise classes. In addition to my interest in physical and mental health, I am a Certified Holistic Health Counselor. I have provided nutritional counseling and offered educational seminars since 2010. My specialty is nutrition for Lyme disease. An avid animal lover, I have been involved in rescue efforts associated with various animal welfare organizations. I have also volunteered as a Sunday school teacher to preschool and elementary school age children. I’ve taught swimming lessons to people of all ages, and served as a lifeguard for Walt Disney World. I enjoy listening to books on Audible, and a variety of podcasts.
