More About Me:

I have been a cycle instructor since 2007, and enjoy both the music and teaching group exercise classes. In addition to my interest in physical and mental health, I am a Certified Holistic Health Counselor. I have provided nutritional counseling and offered educational seminars since 2010. My specialty is nutrition for Lyme disease. An avid animal lover, I have been involved in rescue efforts associated with various animal welfare organizations. I have also volunteered as a Sunday school teacher to preschool and elementary school age children. I’ve taught swimming lessons to people of all ages, and served as a lifeguard for Walt Disney World. I enjoy listening to books on Audible, and a variety of podcasts.
