With 17 years of experience as a licensed school counselor, I have extensive experience helping children and teens cope with anxiety, depression, stress, behavioral issues, peer relationships, self-esteem, school issues, and life transitions. I also offer support for parents and families who need help navigating grief, divorce, and co-parenting.
I believe that establishing rapport and building trust is the cornerstone of any therapeutic relationship. My goal is to meet you where you are, share observations without judgment, and offer tools and resources to help you reach your goals.
As a Resident in Counseling, I am working under the supervision of Casey Sarafinas, LPC.
